SHIPPING INFORMATION

Axles, Axle Kits and Handles:
We ship all orders to the continental United States via FedEx Ground for a flat fee per item as noted on the product pages.

Lights:
We ship all orders to the continental United Sates via USPS Priority for a flat fee per item as noted on the product page.

Drain Plugs:
These ship directly from the manufacturer to the continental United Sates via USPS Ground for a flat fee per item as noted on the product page. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We're sorry, but at this time, we do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, and International addresses.  

 

When will my order ship?

Orders for axles and axle kits placed before 3:00 pm CT will ship the next day via FedEx Ground.  FedEx Ground will reach most continental U.S. locations within 3 days. Once shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information for your order.
 
Orders for accessories and spare parts placed before 3:00 pm CT, will ship on the following business day via USPS Priority Mail.   USPS Priority Mail will reach most continental U.S. locations within 3 business days.

Orders for Drain Plugs ship directly from the manufacturer via USPS Mail.   Drain plugs usually ship within 3 business of placing the order and will take up to 4 days to reach most continental U.S. locations.

Orders placed after 3:00 pm CT on a Friday, weekend or holiday will ship the next business day (following Monday).

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product(s) for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase. For products purchased directly from authorized dealers and retailers, you should refer to their policies and contact them directly concerning your purchase.

For purchases made through CoolerExtras.com, the following Return Policy applies:

  • To receive a refund, you must return your product(s) within 30 days of the original purchase date. Merchandise must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging. To expedite your return, please include a copy of the original invoice.
  • Returns received greater than 30 days after the original purchase date are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
  • Refunds will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days of verifying the condition of the returned merchandise.  
  • Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly.
  • Please contact Cooler Extras Customer Service via email to info@coolerextras.com to set up your return.

 

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you are not fully satisfied with the product you received and believe it could be defective, please contact Customer Service before mailing the product back to us. We will walk you through the replacement process. 

 

FEES

If for any reason the returned item is not in its original condition, a minimum 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I SEND THE ITEM BACK?

We typically process returns within 3-5 business days of receipt. During the holidays, we work as quickly as we can but please allow up to 2 weeks to process returns. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you used to place your order as soon we process your return. 

Please note that any shipping fees paid on your original order are nonrefundable.
