Axles, Axle Kits and Handles:
We ship all orders to the continental United States via UPS Ground for free per item as noted on the product pages.
Lights:
We ship all orders to the continental United Sates via USPS First Class for free as noted on the product page.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We do ship to Hawaii, Alaska, and International addresses. Shipping will be calculated at checkout!
When will my order ship?
Orders for axles and axle kits placed before 12:00 pm CT will ship the next day via UPS Ground. UPS Ground will reach most continental U.S. locations within 3 days. Once shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information for your order.
Orders for accessories and spare parts placed before 12:00 pm CT, will ship same day via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. USPS will reach most continental U.S. locations within 3 business days.
Orders placed after 12:00 pm CT on a Friday, weekend or holiday will ship the next business day (following Monday).
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product(s) for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase. For products purchased directly from authorized dealers and retailers, you should refer to their policies and contact them directly concerning your purchase.
For purchases made through CoolerExtras.com, the following Return Policy applies:
- To receive a refund, you must return your product(s) within 30 days of the original purchase date. Merchandise must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging. To expedite your return, please include a copy of the original invoice.
- Returns received greater than 30 days after the original purchase date are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
- Refunds will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days of verifying the condition of the returned merchandise.
- Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty on our Axle and Light system. If you are not fully satisfied with the product you received and believe it could be defective, please contact Customer Service before mailing the product back to us.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I SEND THE ITEM BACK?
We typically process returns within 3-5 business days of receipt. During the holidays, we work as quickly as we can but please allow up to 2 weeks to process returns. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you used to place your order as soon we process your return.
Please note that any shipping fees paid on your original order are nonrefundable.
